Payment Options: We accept credit card payments only.

International Orders: We regret that we cannot fill international orders at this time.

Production Time: Current production for custom made personalized knit orders is 4-10 weeks. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Returns and Exchanges: Personalized items are only returnable if defective. Corrections on personalized items can only be made when it is our fault. Please be sure of all spelling, dates, and color choices when placing a special order.

Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped UPS/USPS unless other arrangements are made for local pickup.

Special Requests: All changes in designs and patterns will be made at our discretion and are subject to additional charges.

Gift Wrapping: Our signature gift bag is available at an additional cost.

Our online shopping system is WooCommerce and we integrate with Authorize.net to ensure our website is PCI compliant and secure.
